STUDENT RECOVERY THEME AT ICAN ANNUAL MEETING
Thank you for all who attended the 2017 ICAN Annual Meeting. This year's theme was Student Recovery led by our keynote speaker, Eric Teske, from IUPUI. In addition, we had a student recovery panel discussing their process and the critical need for this kind of support on college campuses.
Inquiries about collaborating with the students in recovery can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, Furthermore, IUPU will be happy to consult with programs and attend campus call-out meetings or social mixers if that will help campuses build momentum and buy-in from their students.
We also released the most recent Indiana College Substance Use Survey. The result presentation can be found down below. Thank you again for all of the campus mini-grant winners, past and present, for coming and sharing their experiences and learnings.

2017 Indiana Collegiate Substance Use Survey Results Released
Participate in Annual Survey
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2017-2018 Indiana College Substance Use Survey at no cost to you!
Don't miss this opportunity to collect important data on students' use of substances, reasons for and consequences of substance use, what students think their peers are doing, and more. You will receive a customized report of your campus results, comparing your results to the statewide data and analyzing the data by gender and age categories.
Data will be aggregated and individual campuses will not be identified in the state report. Only you will have access to your specific campus data. Surveys must be completed in Spring 2017, before your spring break.
The survey is funded by the Indiana Collegiate Action Network through a contract with the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration, and is coordinated by the Indiana Prevention Resource Center at Indiana University.
